How to Bulk-Import Team Members via CSV
Add many members to a team at once from a CSV, instead of adding them one by one.
Teams for WooCommerce Memberships active, and a team to import into.
1. Prepare the CSV
Columns: email, role (member or manager), and optionally team_id (administrators only). A sample template is available from Settings → MemberSync → Settings.
2. Upload and run the import
Use the Upload Team Members (CSV) control in the team's management area — the WooCommerce Memberships for Teams with MemberSync box on the team editor. The importer runs in three steps — create, map, process — and processes rows as you go, so keep the page open until it finishes.
3. Choose the import behaviour
Per the Front-end CSV members import behaviour setting, uploaded users are either added automatically or sent an invite.
Result
The listed users are added to the team (or invited). Existing members can have their role updated rather than duplicated.
