6.5 The Tools Tab

Settings → MemberSync → Tools is reserved for maintenance utilities, but in the current version the tab has no tools yet — it shows only its heading. The actions you might look for here are handled in the ways below.

Recalculating course access

There's no manual "recalculate" button to use right now, and in normal use you don't need one: MemberDash keeps LearnDash course access in step automatically whenever a membership plan's rules change or a member's status changes (see Access Scheduling and The Members Screen). If a synced group's access ever looks out of step, re-save the membership plan to re-run the sync for its members.

Importing team members

Bulk CSV import lives on the team editor, not on this tab — see How to Bulk-Import Team Members via CSV.
