Lesson Navigation

Renders the outline of the current LearnDash lesson — its topics and quizzes — with completion status icons. The outline updates as the learner progresses.

Usage

On a lesson Themer template — Place in a sidebar or at the top of the lesson to show learners a map of the topics remaining in the current lesson. Scoped to the current lesson only — unlike Course Navigation, it does not show the full course.

Expand: Current — Collapses completed topic sections and shows only the current topic open. Useful for longer lessons with many topics.

Enabling quiz visibility — Both quiz levels (lesson and topic) default to off (confirmed in source). Enable only the levels needed to avoid cluttering the outline.

How it works

The outline reflects topics and quizzes within the current lesson only. Status icons update automatically. Quiz items at lesson and topic level are hidden by default.

Text Style
