09. Frequently Asked Questions about BeaverDash

Can I deactivate sites to free up my license quota?

Yes. Log into your Tangible account, go to the Licenses tab, and deactivate any site you no longer need automatic updates on. Deactivated sites do not count against your activation limit.

Can I share my license?

Licenses are intended for use within one organisation. You can use your license on your own projects, your company's projects, and client work you deliver. If you need activations across a larger team or a multisite network, see the multisite edition.

Do you offer refunds?

See the full refund policy for details. In general, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase on official releases, with some exceptions noted in the policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account page, click the Subscriptions tab, find the subscription you want to cancel, and click Cancel. If you have trouble, contact [email protected].

I'm not a developer — is BeaverDash for me?

If you are comfortable using Beaver Builder and Beaver Themer, you will find BeaverDash accessible. Building course layouts does not require writing code. Some advanced customisations benefit from familiarity with Beaver Themer part hooks or shortcodes, but the core modules and field connections are drag-and-drop.

What level of support do you offer?

Support covers one active domain per license and focuses on bugs in BeaverDash itself. Compatibility with third-party plugins or themes outside BeaverDash's documented integrations (Beaver Builder, Beaver Themer, LearnDash) is not included. For issues, use the support page.

What plugins do I need to use BeaverDash?

You need Beaver Builder, Beaver Themer, and LearnDash 3.0 or later. See Introduction to BeaverDash for the full requirements.

Is BeaverDash multisite-ready?

A separate Multisite Edition supports network-wide activation and settings. The standard Creator edition requires each sub-site to be activated individually and is not designed for multisite network environments. See the BeaverDash product page for available editions.

Will this work on a WordPress.com site?

No. BeaverDash requires a self-hosted WordPress site (wordpress.org). It does not work on WordPress.com.

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes. Log into your account page, go to the Licenses tab, and click Upgrade next to the license you want to change.

What counts as an activation?

An activation links your license to a WordPress site to enable automatic updates. You can activate on as many sites as your license allows and deactivate any site you no longer need to update.
