Setting Up Membership Access

MemberDash allows you to restrict access to specific courses, pages, posts, or categories on your WordPress site based on membership level. Here's how to set up membership access in the MemberDash plugin:

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the MemberDash tab.

  2. Click on the "Membership Levels" tab and then click on the "Edit" button for the membership level you want to edit.

  3. Scroll down to the "Access Rules" section and click on the "Add New Rule" button.

  4. Select the type of content you want to restrict access to (e.g., pages, posts, categories) and choose the content you want to restrict.

  5. Set the access level for the content. You can choose from three access levels: Public, Registered, and Private. Public content is accessible to anyone, registered content is accessible to users with an account on your site, and private content is accessible only to users who have purchased a membership plan.

  6. Click on the "Save" button to save your access rule.

  7. Repeat steps 3-6 for each piece of content you want to restrict.
