Membership product or subscription

As an administrator of your WordPress site, you may need to sell products and subscriptions to members and link them to specific courses

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the WooCommerce tab.
  2. Click on the Products tab to view a list of all your products.
  3. Hover the product that you want to modify and select the Edit button or create a new one (see the previous page).
  4. Enable the Team Membership toggle button in the Product Data window.
  5. Scroll down to see Memberships section.
  6. Set a special discount for your member in the Discounts tab, click on the add new discount button and set the plan that will benefit of this discount with a dropdown list, set the type of discount, the amount and the current state of the discount.
  7. Set the visibility of the product in the Restrict Content tab, if you want that your product can only be viewed and purchased by members, click on the Add New Rule button and select a plan from the Dropdown List. Set if only the member can view or purchase the product with the Dropdown List and set the accessibility of the content as immediately or specify a time with a toggle button.

You can use check boxes below to customize the viewing or purchasing restricted message for your product. Once validated you can enter a message in a text box and add an image.

  1. Define the link between the product or subscription to a membership plan in the Grant Access tab within the Membership section, if a user buys the product it can give him access to the membership plan and its associated courses. Write the membership plan you want to link with the product in the Text Area, WordPress will search it for you and click on the membership plan you want to add, onced it is displayed.
