Multiple sub-site activations vs network activation

When you activate a plugin at the network level, it enables that plugin on all of the subsites.
Alternatively, you can install and activate your non-multisite license on an individual subsite of a network. If you want all the subsites on the network to be activated you'll have to manually enter and activate your license on every subsite. We do not provide support to subsites of a multisite without an active network license.
Activating Plugins at the Network Level
In the WordPress dashboard, under My Sites you will see Network Admin > Plugins.
That will take you to the list of plugins that can be activated over the entire network of subsites
If you click on Network Activate, it will activate Lifter Elements on all of your subsites.
Activating Plugins at the Subsite Level
When you don't activate the plugin at the network level, each subsite allows you to activate each plugin individually.
